Lead Opeations

Job Description

• Lead and supervise daily operations of Roastery, Production Packing, QC & Training, R&D, and Production teams.
• Create production planning, and ensure daily production targets are met according to agreed schedules, quality standards, and operational SOPs.
• Coordinate daily workflows between Operations Department and related departments on an execution level.
• Monitor product quality, consistency, and life cycle, ensuring all products meet standards.
• Handle daily operational issues and troubleshooting on the Operations floor, including equipment, manpower, and process flow.
• Prepare and maintain Operations Department reports.
• Oversee cross department alignment between Operations and other departments.

Qualification

• Experience in specialty coffee is a must, minimum experience of 5 years is required. Having tea knowledge is preferable.
• Proven experience in production management, preferably in the coffee or tea industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to make critical decisions and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of quality control procedures and standards.
• Knowledge of roasting coffee and about tea production.
• Familiar with coffee and tea products, including blends, preparation, and processing equipment.
• Extensive experience in production management and supervisory roles
