As a Represented Claims Adjuster , you'll manage residential property claims, collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, and play a key role in delivering fair, timely, and accurate claim resolutions.

What You'll Do

Manage first-party property claims involving public adjusters, attorneys, and other represented parties

Analyze coverage, liability, damages, and supporting documentation to make sound claim decisions

Negotiate claim resolutions with public adjusters, attorneys, vendors, and other stakeholders

Review estimates, establish reserves, and evaluate exposures in accordance with company standards

Maintain accurate claim documentation and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Support the resolution of complex, disputed, and escalated claims while delivering exceptional customer service

What You'll Bring

High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred

Active adjuster license and ability to obtain and maintain required non-resident licenses

2+ years of first-party property claims adjusting experience, including direct insurance carrier experience

Experience handling represented claims involving public adjusters and/or attorneys

Strong understanding of coverage analysis, claim negotiations, and state regulatory requirements

Experience with Xactimate, Guidewire ClaimCenter, or similar claims platforms preferred
