Digital Executive

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy  Digital Executive  to drive digital transformation across our construction projects and site operations. In line with Singapore’s Industry Transformation Map (ITM) for the Built Environment, you will be responsible for implementing digital tools, streamlining site-to-office workflows, and championing technology adoption across project teams, main contractors, and subcontractors. Key Responsibilities Digital Tool Implementation & Support:  Deploy and maintain digital construction platforms, including Common Data Environments (CDE), digital defect management, electronic Permits-to-Work (e-PTW), and site monitoring tools.

BIM & IDD Coordination:  Assist project teams in implementing Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) and Building Information Modelling (BIM) workflows to ensure seamless data flow across design, fabrication, and construction phases.

Process Optimization:  Analyze existing site and operational processes, identifying manual gaps and converting them into automated or digitized solutions.

User Training & Change Management:  Conduct hands-on training sessions and workshops for site engineers, safety officers, and project managers to drive smooth tech adoption.

Data Management & Analytics:  Oversee data capture from field operations, generating actionable project insights, progress tracking dashboards, and compliance reports for senior management.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management:  Collaborate with software vendors, government agencies (e.g., BCA), and internal teams to evaluate, pilot, and scale new digital technologies.

Requirements & Qualifications Education:  Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, Digital Built Environment, or a related discipline.

Experience:  1–3 years of experience in the Singapore construction/built environment sector. Fresh graduates with strong digital competencies are welcome to apply.
