Tech Lead DevOps Engineer (f/m/x)
We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer / DevOps Engineering Leader or Manager to join a project focused on developing a self-service platform for our Client. This platform will empower developers and business users to automatically provision the necessary infrastructure and application environments for new digital solutions using a low-code/no-code approach. You will work in a hybrid mode - 1 day per week from Client's office.
Daily tasks
- Leading DevOps activities to ensure efficient infrastructure provisioning and application deployment
- Driving the development of a self-service platform that meets the needs of developers and business users
- Engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Managing systems integration processes to enhance the platform's functionality
- Utilizing Azure DevOps and Microsoft Azure to streamline development workflows
- Implementing and managing Crossplane and Argo CD for effective resource management and deployment
- Providing technical leadership and mentoring to team members
- Facilitating collaboration among cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps or systems administration Deep expertise in AzureDevOps and Microsoft Azure Hands-on experience with Crossplane and Argo CD Strong skills in systems integration and stakeholder management Proven ability to engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders Demonstrated leadership capabilities in a technical environment Advanced level of English
