Senior Business Development Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Track project progress, coordinate client and internal meetings, and maintain accurate records of meeting outcomes and follow-up actions.
• Support the preparation of investment and tender proposals, including data collection, consolidation and review.
• Assist with contract coordination, negotiations and post-signing handover processes.
• Support project setup and client relationship activities in the Singapore market.
• Gather and analyse market and client information to support business development and decision-making.
• Assist with the implementation of regional operational policies and departmental administrative activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related discipline , or equivalent relevant qualifications and experience.
• Basic understanding of tender processes, contract principles and project costing.
• Strong coordination, communication and organisational skills, with good attention to detail.
• Able to work effectively with different stakeholders and manage multiple tasks in a timely manner.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and spoken English.
