  1. Cash & Liquidity Management

Manage daily, weekly, and monthly cash positions across all group companies.

Prepare rolling cash flow forecasts (13-week, monthly, quarterly).

Ensure optimal utilization of cash while maintaining operational liquidity.

Identify cash gaps and propose funding or optimization actions in advance.

  1. Banking Facilities & Debt Management

Manage all credit facilities, overdrafts, short-term loans, and LC/guarantees .

Monitor utilization vs. approved limits and covenants.

Lead negotiations with banks to: Reduce interest rates and fees

Extend maturities

Increase or restructure limits

Manage leasing agreements and coordinate refinancing when needed

  1. Treasury Operations & Controls

Supervise execution of: Bank transfers

Cheque issuance

LC and LG processing

Ensure segregation of duties , maker/checker controls, and approval workflows.

Maintain strong treasury SOPs aligned with internal controls and audit requirements.

  1. Bank Relationship Management

Act as the single point of contact with all banks and financial institutions.

Coordinate KYC updates, renewals, and documentation.

Resolve operational banking issues efficiently (delays, charges, errors).

  1. SAP Treasury & Reporting

Ensure accurate treasury postings in SAP ERP (bank GLs, loans, interest, charges).

Reconcile bank accounts in coordination with Accounting.

Prepare treasury reports for CFO and Management: Cash position

Debt schedule

Interest analysis

Facility utilization

  1. Team Leadership (if Manager Level)

Supervise treasury accountants/officers.

Allocate tasks and ensure continuity of operations.

Coach team on best practices and compliance.

Mandatory Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business

Minimum 7–10 years of experience in treasury.

Hands-on experience managing bank facilities ≥ EGP 100M

Strong experience in multi-entity/group environments

SAP ERP experience is mandatory (FI / Treasury exposure)

Preferred CMA / CTP / CFA (any level) is a strong advantage

Experience in manufacturing or FMCG / cosmetics

Proven negotiation experience with Egyptian banks
