IPQC Engineer ( QA )

• Work closely with production team to ensure the products are meet customer requirements.
• Control and take care of in-process inspection to make sure that

it is well aligned with the quality standard.

• Analyze and improve the in-process inspection in order to increasethe efficiency of quality inspection.
• Ensure real time feedback quality issue to relevant function

when quality in-process found.

• Ensure in-process quality issue close loop corrective action with

not re-occurring.

• Ensure in-process are being controlled via the use of efficient

sampling plan and engineering knowledge..

• Stop production of unacceptable products and/or manufacturing

processes.

• Reduce variation by use SPC tool improve Cpk each process per

specific requirement.

• Summary in-process quality reports.
• Maintain discipline within department.
• Perform as assigned by superior.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field. At least 3 years’ experience in Quality Engineering or Quality Control. Familiar with quality control tools (e.g.: 8D-report, SPC, FMEA). Good communication and coordination skills. Working Mon : Fri ( 7.30 - 17.30 ).
