SC Party Helpers SC Party Helpers is seeking reliable, hardworking Kitchen Helpers to join our event team! We provide professional staff for weddings, private parties, corporate functions and other special occasions.
Your tasks
Responsibilities:
- Assist with food preparation and food service as directed.
- Set up buffet tables and prepare serving areas.
- Replenish food and maintain clean, organized work areas.
- Clear dishes, assist with bussing and help keep event spaces tidy.
- Assist with event setup and cleanup.
- Work cooperatively with servers, bartenders and other event staff.
Requirements
We're looking for someone who is comfortable working in a busy event environment and takes pride in helping everything run smoothly behind the scenes and on the floor.
Requirements:
- Previous kitchen, catering or banquet experience is preferred.
- FoodSafe certification is an asset, or willingness to obtain it.
- Reliable transportation to and from event locations.
- Available for evenings, weekends and occasional short-notice bookings.
- Dependable, hardworking and able to work efficiently as part of a team.
Additional Skills Are an Asset: Serving and/or bartending experience are assets, as team members with multiple skills may be able to assist in different roles depending on event needs.
What we offer
Pay: $21.00-$22.00 per hour
