Manage the implementation and administration of compensation, benefits, and recognition programs in alignment with SAVOLA's policies and business objectives.

Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analyses to support competitive and cost-effective total rewards practices.

Manage the annual compensation review cycle, including salary adjustments, merit increases, bonus programs, and incentive administration.

Oversee employee benefits programs, ensuring effective administration, employee awareness, and timely resolution of related issues.

Partner with HR Business Partners, Finance, and line managers to support talent attraction, retention, and employee engagement through effective total rewards programs.

Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies related to compensation and benefits.

Analyze compensation and benefits data, prepare reports and recommendations, and provide insights to support decision-making.

Coordinate and manage relationships with benefits providers and external vendors to ensure quality service and cost efficiency.

Continuously review and enhance total rewards programs based on employee feedback, business requirements, market trends, and best practices.

Support the development and communication of total rewards policies, guidelines, and employee awareness initiatives to promote understanding and engagement.

Minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible experience in Total Rewards, including compensation, benefits, and payroll management, within a leading organization, preferably in the FMCG or consumer goods industry.

Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs for medium to large organizations.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.

In-depth knowledge of local labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to compensation and benefits.

Experience with HRIS and compensation management systems.

Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
