Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and processes, providing guidance and interpretation to support business operations.

Participate in the development and implementation of HR objectives, systems, metrics, and standard reports to meet ongoing organizational requirements.

Assist with recruitment, staffing, onboarding, training and development, and employee engagement initiatives.

Support the administration of compensation, benefits, and employee performance management programs.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.

Provide support and guidance to employees and management on HR-related matters.

Recommend new procedures and policies to continuously improve the efficiency of the HR department and the overall employee experience.

Ensure compliance with applicable Egyptian labor laws, regulations, and employment requirements, and update HR policies and procedures as necessary.

Maintain confidentiality and ensure the proper handling of sensitive employee information.

Provide support in payroll processing and related activities.

Perform other HR-related duties and projects as assigned.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or a related area.

4+ years of comprehensive HR experience, with strong exposure to all HR functions, particularly Compensation & Benefits.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Good command in written and spoken English.
