Regulatory Change Analyst

As a Strategic Regulatory Change Specialist , you'll be at the forefront of analysing European regulations, designing implementation strategies, and delivering impactful solutions that align with the business goals. You'll collaborate with diverse teams, lead workshops, and produce executive-level communications, all while benefiting from mentorship by senior leaders within the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Regulatory Analysis: Assess European regulations to identify key implications for the business. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand and implement required changes. Documentation & Communication: Create detailed documentation and deliver high-level summaries for executive audiences. Solution Design: Lead workshops to develop practical implementation strategies across the organisation. Project Management: Work closely with Project Managers to develop, manage, and execute project plans while coordinating activities and defining stakeholder roles. Strategic Delivery: Connect organisational dots to ensure alignment with risk management, governance, and reporting requirements.
