Graduate Pest Control Technician

Position: Graduate Pest Control Technician

Location: Dublin

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (39 hrs/week, Monday-Friday)

Salary: €30,300 per annum (paid monthly), increasing after training. Expected OTE: €35,000 with bonus and commission.

Looking for a rewarding career where you solve problems and help customers? Rentokil is seeking a Graduate Pest Control Technician covering the Dublin area. Full training is provided, and no prior experience is required.

The Role

During your first 6-12 months, you'll manage a designated area while completing industry-recognised training. Your responsibilities include:

• Inspecting customer premises for pest activity and identifying risks.
• Treating and resolving pest issues.
• Advising customers on hygiene and pest prevention.
• Completing accurate service reports.
• Delivering excellent customer service while maintaining a professional image.

After 12-36 months, you can progress into roles such as Sales Surveyor, Field Biologist, Service Team Leader, or Key Account Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum 2.2 degree in Science, Social Science, Business Management, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
• Full Irish driving licence.
• Strong customer service skills and willingness to work outdoors.
• Flexible approach to working hours.
• Garda Vetting may be required.
