Perm Visual Merchandiser (Luxury Retail) #BLM

Jobs Responsibilities Plan and execute in-store visual merchandising, product zoning and seasonal rotations across different product categories in line with established brand guidelines. Coordinate window installations and product changes with internal teams and external suppliers; ensure each rotation is completed accurately and on schedule. Manage product preparation and display changes, including back of house coordination, system updates and installation of merchandise on the sales floor. Partner with Store Management and retail teams on new launches, collections, sales trends and in-store events; adjust product displays to support commercial priorities. Monitor merchandising standards throughout the store, ensuring products, windows, lighting, props and furniture consistently meet luxury retail presentation standards. Provide visual and photographic feedback on completed rotations; monitor competitor practices and recommend merchandising improvements that enhance customer experience and support sales.
