Collaborate across tax, finance, legal and operations on structuring, cross-border transactions, supply chains, IP and intra-group financing.

Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial and economic data.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including explaining technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience with TP databases (e.g. Capital IQ, RoyaltyStat or TP Catalyst) preferred.

Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and maintain high-quality work.

Teamwork, leadership potential and willingness to coach junior colleagues.

Proactive, detail-oriented and committed to keeping up with international tax and TP developments.

Commercial awareness and understanding of how TP interacts with business strategy, risk and cost structures.
