ACCOUNTING STAFF

KodeKiddo, an interactive and fun-focused coding school for children (Kindergarten – High School), invites you to join us as an Accounting Staff. We offer year-long afterschool enrichment programs in coding, STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, & Math), intra/extracurricular activities, and various competitions/events, utilizing technologies and methodologies specifically developed for kids in the USA. We have various centers located in Jabodetabek, West Java, Central Java, East Java, Medan, and Bali. Key Qualifications: Education: Minimum of final year college students (with no current classes) or fresh graduates with a Bachelor's degree majoring in Accounting, Tax, Finance, or related fields. Software Skills: Good knowledge of Google Spreadsheet / Microsoft Excel functions and accounting systems. Additional Expertise: Knowledgeable in tax basics. Character: Detail-oriented, honest, responsible, disciplined, enthusiastic, and willing to grow. Work Location: Willing to work onsite at one of our KodeKiddo Centers. Job Description:

• Collaborate with business leaders in planning & executing the operations of the finance & accounting department including data entry, financial reporting, tax reporting & manage the accounting system
• Collaborate with business leaders & branch managers in performing the month-end reconciliation
• Prepare & publish monthly & annual financial statements
