FASHION MANAGER

Your tasks

We are looking for a highly experienced, professional and organised Fashion Production & Store Manager to lead our team of six staff and oversee the daily operations of our sewing school, dressmaking and alterations business.

• Manage the daily operations of our store and production team.

• Supervise, delegate and monitor the work of six staff members.

• Manage all client orders, fittings, production schedules and delivery deadlines.

• Ensure garments are completed on time and meet quality standards.

• Organise weekly staff rotas, sewing classes and tailor schedules.

• Maintain clear communication between clients, tailors, teachers and management.

• Monitor production progress and ensure the team works efficiently.

• Handle client enquiries professionally and provide excellent customer service.

• Maintain an organised, productive and professional working environment.

• Complete daily administrative and management duties using a laptop.

Requirements

STRICT REQUIREMENTS – PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING

• MINIMUM 5 YEARS OF PROVEN MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE, including managing and supervising a team.

• MUST have a professional background in fashion, tailoring, garment manufacturing or fashion production.

• MUST speak fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to delegate tasks and manage staff effectively.

• Excellent organisation, time management and problem-solving skills.

• Confident using a laptop, managing schedules, updating records and handling general administration.

• Professional, presentable, reliable and punctual.

• Able to work under pressure, meet strict production deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.

• A strong team player who can lead by example.

This is a senior management position, NOT a training role.

• Location: Canggu, Bali
• Working Days: Monday–Friday ONLY
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Salary: IDR 7,000,000–9,000,000 per month, depending on experience.
