Supervisor Electrical Production Installation

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical installation activities on the production line.

• Lead technicians and manage manpower allocation to ensure installation activities meet production targets.

• Monitor and troubleshoot electrical systems during installation and production operations.

• Ensure electrical installations are executed according to technical specifications and safety standards.

• Identify electrical issues and provide effective technical solutions to minimize downtime.

• Prepare reports regarding electrical installation progress and issues for management.

Requirements

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Minimum D3/S1 in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in electrical installation, with at least 2 years of experience leading a team.

• Strong knowledge of electrical installation and systems in a manufacturing/production environment.

• Able to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and refrigeration piping drawings.

• Strong troubleshooting skills for electrical systems and equipment.

• Knowledge of control panels, motors, PLC I/O, sensors, and controllers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in stainless steel, metal, heavy industry, or other manufacturing environments is highly preferred.

• Experience with industrial electrical systems, PLC, control panels, motors, sensors, and automation is an advantage.
