The role

We’re looking for an experienced Head Of Operations to lead the teams, logistics, and processes that put and keep our stations live across Greater Cairo. This role sits on our Senior Leadership Team and is the operational engine of our launch. This role will be the driver to build and lead the field team that installs the network, and manage the warehousing/inventory and logistics of our station network.

What you’ll do

Lead day-to-day operations across the network.

Manage field teams, logistics, maintenance, and inventory in our warehouse.

Monitor station performance and service quality.

Develop operational processes, KPIs, and reporting frameworks.

Coordinate with merchants, partners, and technical teams.

What you bring

5+ years of operations and logistics experience

Experience in a Senior Leadership Teams

Prior experience providing reports and insights to CEOs/Board Members would beneficial

Experience in coordinating the logistics of imported goods from shipment to warehouse facilities to dispatch and installation

Strong project-management and problem-solving skills.

Experience managing field operations and multi-location networks preferred.

Proven ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Fluent Arabic and English; valid driving licence.
