Senior Chemist (Dyeing)

Monitor and control the dyeing process to ensure consistent quality and color accuracy.

Supervise and follow up on dyeing recipes, chemicals, dyes, and process parameters .

Conduct and review laboratory trials, color matching, and shade development .

Analyze dyeing results and identify the root causes of color and quality deviations .

Coordinate with Production, Quality, Laboratory, and other relevant departments to resolve process issues.

Ensure compliance with quality standards, chemical handling procedures, and safety requirements .

Monitor chemical and dye consumption and support initiatives to reduce waste and improve process efficiency .

Participate in troubleshooting and optimization of dyeing processes.

Prepare and maintain accurate process reports and technical documentation .

Support the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance quality, productivity, and cost efficiency.

Guide and provide technical support to junior chemists and laboratory staff.

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Textile Chemistry, or a related field .

1–3 years of relevant experience in Dyeing / Textile Manufacturing.

Strong practical knowledge of textile dyeing processes and chemicals .

Hands-on experience in color matching, shade development, and laboratory dyeing .

Good knowledge of dyeing machines, recipes, and process parameters.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills .

Good understanding of textile quality standards and testing methods.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage production-related challenges.

Good command of English and Microsoft Office.
