This is a 6-month contract role under Optimum Solutions.

This role supports our client, a leading Southeast Asian superapp that offers a wide range of services, including mobility, food delivery, and digital payments.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 10AM - 7PM (inclusive of a 1-hour lunch break)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project timelines, define milestones, track and report progress, identify risks, and resolve impediments.
  • Work with cross-functional teams of Engineers, Product Managers, Designers, Analysts, and QA to ensure successful program delivery.
  • Serve as the primary communication interface for complex programs spanning multiple engineering organizations.
  • Drive roadmap planning and prioritization processes.
  • Facilitate effective communication among management, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to ensure aligned goals.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, program management, or a related field, preferably in an enterprise or technology environment.
  • Experience in strategic planning, project management, business process improvement, or operational support, preferably in a multinational or regional environment. Experience in an in-house technology environment is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional projects across multiple markets or geographies.
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong business acumen, resourcefulness, and ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus.
  • Ability to work at both strategic and operational levels, from understanding the big picture to managing implementation details.
  • Ability to produce hands-on deliverables, including requirements, project plans, status reports, training materials, and rollout plans.
  • Strong ownership of deliverables and outcomes, with the ability to manage priorities independently and effectively.
