This is a new role with room to make a significant impact. You will help us develop the tools and processes needed to improve efficiency, while increasing the quality and reliability of the computer systems we build. /p pYou thrive in a fast paced environment and are practiced in working with teams to prevent Operations down time, ensuring that our customers receive their orders on time. You take a hands‑on approach and actively identify continuous improvement opportunities. /p h3In this role, you'll be responsible for: /h3 ul liPreventing operations downtime and responding to escalations to enable quick production restarts, following through with root cause analysis and solution implementation. /li liValidating new product readiness for production. /li liImproving production and test processes for effective manufacturability. /li liCreating process documentation, training, and operating instructions as appropriate. /li liImplementing test automation tasks and developing new processes and tools. /li liProviding support where needed to keep operations running smoothly, including assembling, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing customer returns. /li liManaging customer escalations related to production quality issues. /li liCollaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver continuous improvements in product quality and production efficiency. /li /ul h3The team you will be joining: /h3 pOur Engineering team creates our cutting edge industrial computers by finding innovative solutions on a daily basis.
