Finnish Speaking Project Assistant

Are you fluent in Finnish and do you like communicating with people both in person as well as over the phone? Then we would love to hear from you.

You will work closely together with a team of project managers, moderators and project assistants as well as with external respondents. It is therefore important that you like to communicate with people and have a professional attitude towards both internal and external contacts.

As you will also be involved in an event, it is imperative that you are service minded.

You speak and write Finnish fluently and other languages are a plus but not a requirement.

As the project is active, we are looking for someone who can start immediately! We are currently looking for a Finnish-speaking project assistant to strengthen our team and help us succeed with our projects! As a project assistant, you take care of the participants along with the rest of the team to ensure we find the right target audience and reach the project goals. We currently are running a project which will include an event in Helsinki. Ideally, the project assistant will join us on the event in Helsinki.

The tasks will consist of finding, recruiting and scheduling participants by phone but also by written contact as well as taking care and offering service at the event in Helsinki.

Nordic Viewpoint is an independent market research fieldwork company in Mölndal that conducts qualitative and quantitative consumer and business to business surveys. Our office is located in Mölndal, but we conduct surveys throughout the Nordics.
