Technical Office Engineer - Customer Service

Review and coordinate design drawings and technical specifications for customer service requirements.

Prepare detailed shop drawings and technical documentation for client-facing projects.

Act as a technical liaison between the company and clients, addressing technical inquiries and providing support.

Coordinate with internal departments (architectural, structural, and MEP) to ensure technical accuracy of project deliverables.

Monitor and report on the technical progress of customer-related tasks and documentation.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering Architectural

3+ years of experience in a technical office or customer service role, preferably in the real estate sector.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Arabic.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and provide high-quality technical support to clients.
