ELECTRICIAN

Key Responsibilities:

Electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.

i. Routine/preventive maintenance of building electrical systems

ii. Repair and replacement of electrical components

iii. Attend to electrical faults and maintenance requests

iv. Ensure electrical works are carried out safely and efficiently

v. Utility Monitoring & Reporting

·       Track electricity and water usage (if required)

·       Assist in meter readings where applicable

·       Report unusual consumption or system faults

vi. Emergency Response

·       Respond to urgent issues such as power failure, water leakage, or safety hazards.

·       Take immediate action to minimize damage in the building.

·       Coordinate with emergency services if necessary

Requirements:   Diploma in Electrical Engineering/Installation or related qualification.

i. 1–2 years’ experience in electrical maintenance

ii. Experience in commercial building/facility maintenance is an added advantage.

iii. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

iv. Reliable, responsible and safety-conscious
