Supervisor Production

Job Responsibilities

1. To produce products according to production plan.
2. To supervise his / her subordinates.
3. To produce the quality products.
4. To reduce / maintain production cycle time.

Tasks

1. To plan shift loading plan.
2. To communicate to scheduler for WIP requirement.
3. To commit daily performance to scheduler.
4. To improve the productivity and quality.
5. Performs related to work as be required

Qualifications: BA in any fields or equivalent to Diploma with 1-2 years relevant experiences pertaining to the job applied. Capable to communicate in English. Experience in IC environment Strong personality Positive thinking
