Position Overview
The Line Cook is a key member of our culinary team, responsible for executing dishes with consistency, precision, and care. This role supports a smooth, efficient service by maintaining strong mise en place, following established recipes and techniques, and upholding the high standards that define our kitchens. Ideal candidates are detail ‑ oriented, disciplined, and passionate about producing thoughtful, well ‑ crafted food.
Key Responsibilities
Execute menu items according to recipes, plating guides, and brand standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout service
Assist with daily prep, stock rotation, and ingredient management
Communicate clearly with the culinary team to ensure smooth service flow
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety protocols
Support a positive, respectful, and collaborative kitchen culture
Contribute to closing duties, cleaning tasks, and equipment care
Qualifications
1–2 years of professional kitchen experience preferred
Strong knife skills and understanding of fundamental cooking techniques
Ability to work efficiently in a fast ‑ paced, high ‑ pressure environment
High level of organization, cleanliness, and attention to detail
Positive attitude and team ‑ oriented mindset
Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Working Conditions/Environment:
The person having this position may have to stand and/or walk, push, kneel, bend, balance, squat, reach and stretch for eight (8) hours per day.
Agility in executing fast-paced movements to navigate different areas of the property efficiently.
The person having this responsibility may have to move, pull, carry, or lift objects weighing at least 50 pounds.
