What you will do:

• Oversee daily Call Center Operations

• Hit Targets and manage KPIs

• Lead Collections & Quality for US Accounts

What we need from you:

• 2+ Years experience in Collections & Quality

• Background with US/English Accounts

• Leadership skills & can handle pressure

• Males Only

• Night Shift: 7PM - 4AM
