Custodian

Responsibilities:

Cleaning and Sanitizing: Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors, dusting surfaces, and cleaning restrooms. Waste Management: Emptying trash cans, collecting recycling, and disposing of waste properly. Facility Maintenance: Performing minor repairs, changing air filters, and washing windows. Security and Opening: Locking and unlocking buildings, managing alarm systems, and monitoring for safety hazards. Inventory Control: Restocking cleaning supplies and ordering new materials as needed.

Requirements:

Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent, paired with on-the-job training. Ability to stand for long hours, bend, and lift heavy items. Attention to Detail: Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are consistently met.
