Program Manager

Description

Master works is seeking a program manager to oversee data-related programs and ensure successful project delivery aligned with organizational strategy through effective governance, stakeholder communication, and Agile practices.

Key responsibilities:

Lead and oversee multiple data-related programs and projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals and successful delivery.

Apply Agile practices using tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, and Confluence to monitor progress and performance.

Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies to achieve defined objectives.

Provide strategic direction, guidance, and performance oversight to project managers and teams.

Ensure proper reporting, governance, and decision-making at the program level.

Requirements

Strong experience in program and portfolio management.

Solid understanding and practical application of Agile methodologies.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, and Confluence.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

More than 5 years of hands-on experience in program or portfolio management, preferably within data-focused projects.

Languages:

Arabic – Mother tongue

English – Native/fluent

Preferred certifications:

PMP / PgMP / RMP (PMI)

Agile certifications
