Operations Management

  • Oversee all day-to-day branch operations ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, room utilization, and staff allocation to maximize capacity.
  • Enforce all standard operating procedures (SOPs), hygiene protocols, and health & safety standards.
  • Conduct regular branch audits and implement corrective actions when needed.
  • Manage inventory of products and supplies; coordinate with suppliers and control wastage.

Team Leadership & HR

  • Recruit, onboard, train, and develop all branch staff.
  • Build a motivated, service-oriented team through coaching, feedback, and performance reviews.
  • Set individual and team targets; monitor performance against KPIs on a regular basis.
  • Handle scheduling, attendance, leaves, and conflict resolution.
  • Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs to elevate service quality.

Revenue & Financial Performance

  • Drive branch revenue through service excellence, up-selling, and package sales.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly revenue performance vs. targets.
  • Manage operating costs including staff hours, product usage, and overhead expenses.
  • Analyze P&L reports and implement strategies to improve profitability.
  • Oversee cash management, POS reconciliation, and financial reporting.

Client Experience

  • Ensure every client receives a premium, personalized experience from arrival to departure.
  • Handle client complaints and escalations with professionalism and urgency.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms (surveys, reviews) and act on insights.
  • Build lasting client relationships to drive retention and word-of-mouth referrals.
  • Monitor and respond to online reviews across all platforms (Google, social media).

Marketing & Retail Support

  • Coordinate with the marketing team to execute local campaigns, promotions, and events.
  • Drive retail product sales within the branch; train staff on consultative selling techniques.
  • Manage branch social media presence and client communication where applicable.
  • Monitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence to management.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare and submit regular performance reports to senior management.
  • Ensure full compliance with labor laws, licensing requirements, and brand standards.
  • Maintain accurate client records, treatment notes, and consent forms.
  • Support internal audits and inspections as required.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in beauty, wellness, or hospitality, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
  • Proven track record in achieving revenue targets and managing operational teams.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management abilities.
  • Financial acumen able to read and act on P&L and revenue reports.
  • Proficient in salon/spa management software (e.g., Fresha, Mindbody, Vagaro).
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Professional appearance consistent with brand standards.
