Business Development Executive, Captives Solutions

Role purpose: Drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities for captive insurance solutions, building long-term client relationships, and expanding market presence.

Core responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and develop a pipeline of mid-to-large enterprise clients interested in captive solutions.
• Lead consultative sales conversations, uncovering risk financing needs and aligning solutions to client objectives.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycles, including discovery, proposal development, presentations, negotiation, and closing.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design tailored captive strategies and ensure accurate, compliant deliverables.
• Maintain CRM hygiene, track activity, forecast revenue, and report on pipeline health and performance.
• Represent the business at industry events and build referral networks with brokers, consultants, and partners.

Required skills and qualifications
