Technician- Department of Dentistry

Your tasks

Assist in formulating, reviewing and maintaining standard operating procedures for use in the workplace (Laboratories). Key Duties & Responsibilities

1. Ensure that dental equipment is running
2. Handle technical faults of dental equipment
3. Give users support for all dental equipment
4. Responsible for checking and installing all machines
5. In charge of maintenance/servicing of dental equipment
6. Keep an inventory of all equipment
7. Perform any other related duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

Required Qualifications i. An Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering. ii. Knowledge in Electronics is an added advantage Experience At least 3 years’ relevant work experience Skills/Competences i. Customer Care; ii. Ability to communicate precisely and concisely; iii. Analytical skills; iv. Proficiency in using machines and computers. Tenure of Appointment 4-year contract Age Limit APPLICANTS SHOULD NOT EXCEED FIFTY FIVE (55) YEARS OF AGE AT THE TIME OF APPLICATION
