Job Summary The HRIS Analyst is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing Loenbro’s HR technology applications, with a primary focus on the Greenhouse talent acquisition platform and its integrations with other business systems. This role serves as a key liaison between Human Resources, Information Technology, business systems teams, application vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure HR technology solutions effectively support organizational needs.

The HRIS Analyst will manage application configuration and security, coordinate system updates and enhancements, develop and execute testing plans, support integrations, and help identify creative technology solutions that improve HR processes and the employee and candidate experience.

This role requires a strong understanding of HR and Talent Management processes, combined with the ability to translate business requirements into effective technology solutions. The ideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Essential Job Responsibilities

HRIS Application Management

Configure, maintain, and enhance HRIS and Talent Management applications, with primary responsibility for Greenhouse.

Manage application security, user access, system updates, configuration changes, and enhancements.

Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions with IT, Business Systems, HR, and vendors.

Integrations & Testing

Support integrations between Greenhouse and other business applications, including troubleshooting and enhancements.

Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, and test cases for system changes, integrations, and enhancements.

Validate changes and ensure solutions meet business requirements before production deployment.

Business Partnership

Partner with HR, IT, Business Systems, and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective technology solutions.

Serve as a subject matter resource for Greenhouse and related HR technology capabilities.

Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, system functionality, automation, and user experience.

Vendor & Change Management

Manage relationships with Greenhouse and other HR technology vendors, coordinating issues, enhancements, and product updates.

Evaluate the business and user impact of system changes and coordinate communications, training, and implementation activities.

Prepare and present system updates, recommendations, and project information to Steering Committee members and stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement

Build knowledge of HR and Talent Management processes and emerging HR technology capabilities.

Develop creative, practical solutions that align HR technology with Loenbro’s business needs.

Minimum Qualifications

Required:

3-5+ years of experience supporting HRIS, HR technology, Talent Management systems, or business applications

Experience configuring and administering HRIS or Talent Management applications

Experience with Greenhouse or another enterprise Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Experience supporting application integrations and troubleshooting system issues

Experience developing and executing system testing plans, test scenarios, and test cases

Experience working with cross-functional business, IT, and vendor teams

Experience translating business requirements into technology solutions

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Technical & Functional Skills:

Strong experience with HRIS, ATS, or Talent Management applications

Experience with Greenhouse configuration, administration, and security preferred

Understanding of HR and Talent Management processes and technology

Experience supporting application integrations and data exchanges

Experience with system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and release management

Understanding of application security, user roles, permissions, and access management

Experience creating system documentation, test plans, process documentation, and user communications

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and business productivity tools

Ability to analyze business requirements and recommend practical technology solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

Greenhouse administration or configuration experience

Experience working with multiple HR technology platforms and integrations

Experience managing relationships with software vendors

Experience supporting HR technology implementations or major system enhancements

Experience presenting technology recommendations and project updates to leadership or Steering Committees

Experience developing user training and change management materials

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred

Work Environment:

Remote/Home Office: Primarily remote work requiring regular use of computers, virtual collaboration tools, and business applications.

Collaboration: Regular interaction with HR, IT, Business Systems, application vendors, and business stakeholders through virtual meetings and communication platforms.

Travel: Occasional travel may be required for company meetings, training, project activities, or other business needs.
