AI Solutions Specialist

At Levelpath, we’re building AI that helps enterprises transform how procurement gets done. We’re looking for someone who is smart, curious, detail-oriented, and excited to become great at making AI work in the real world.

You don’t need to be a software engineer. You don’t need years of AI experience. You do need to be someone who loves figuring things out.

What You’ll Do

You’ll help make AI work reliably for our customers.

You’ll take real-world business requirements — policies, processes, documents, and sometimes messy instructions — and turn them into clear instructions and configurations that our AI can understand and execute.

You’ll:

• Learn how a customer wants something to work and translate it into clear instructions for AI

• Write and refine prompts, rules, and configurations that guide AI behavior

• Test your work thoroughly, including edge cases and unusual scenarios

• Investigate when AI does something unexpected, figure out why, and improve it

• Work directly with customers to understand their needs and clarify ambiguous requirements

• Configure AI agents for things like document analysis, classification, compliance, and procurement workflows

• Build reusable templates and approaches that help us solve similar problems faster

• Share what you’re learning with our product and engineering teams to make Levelpath better

What We’re Looking For

We care more about how you think than what’s already on your résumé.

You’ll probably be great at this if you:

• Are exceptionally detail-oriented and notice things other people miss

• Love solving puzzles and figuring out why something isn’t working

• Can take something complicated or ambiguous and make it clear and structured

• Write clearly and precisely

• Are technically curious and enjoy learning new tools

• Have played with AI tools and are fascinated by what they can do

• Learn quickly and enjoy becoming an expert in things you knew very little about before

• Are comfortable talking with customers, asking questions, and explaining your thinking

• Take ownership — if something isn’t working, you keep digging until you understand why

• Thrive in a fast-moving environment where you’ll constantly be learning

What You Don’t Need

• You don’t need to be a software engineer.

• You don’t need a computer science degree.

• You don’t need to already be an expert in procurement.

• And you don’t need five years of “prompt engineering” experience.

• We’re looking for smart, curious, technical people who are great at figuring things out.

• We’ll teach you the rest.

The base salary range for this role is $130,000 - $160,000.
