Join the LEAP team as a Back From School (BFS) Counselor and bring fun, creative energy to kids aged 4 to 7 after their school day! Our BFS service supports working parents by providing a vibrant space where children can unwind and enjoy indoor games, outdoor competitions, cooking sessions, and arts & crafts. We operate Sunday through Thursday from 12:30 AM to 7:00 PM, giving you the perfect opportunity to play, bond, and build meaningful connections with the kids throughout the week. A strong Back from School Counselor for ages 4 to 7 must bring a passion for early childhood development paired with high energy and an engaging communication style to create a warm, vibrant environment after school. They need deep patience and quick thinking to handle post-school fatigue, manage emotional moments, and adapt activities on the fly. Creativity and storytelling are essential for keeping young children active and attentive through play, while strong role modeling, punctuality, and reliability ensure a safe, structured, and dependable environment for both campers and team members.
