Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Electro-Mechanical Assembler to assemble, wire, test, and inspect electro-mechanical components and sub-assemblies. This role involves working from schematics, blueprints, and work instructions to build high-quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment. Work Schedule Options: A-Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., 1 hour lunch (40 hours) B–Monday through Thursday 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., 1 hour lunch OR 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., 30-minute lunch (40 hours) – Friday off C–Tuesday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., 1 hour lunch OR 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., 30-minute lunch (40 hours) – Monday off Responsibilities: Assemble electro-mechanical components, sub-assemblies, and systems according to drawings, schematics, and work instructions Perform mechanical assembly using hand tools, power tools, and fixtures Wire components including connectors, cables, harnesses, and terminals Solder components (through-hole and/or surface mount, depending on role) Perform basic testing, troubleshooting, and inspection of assemblies Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings Identify and report defects, discrepancies, or process issues Maintain accurate production and quality documentation Follow ESD, safety, and quality procedures at all times Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
