(DPA) - Marine Department

UAE (Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi) | Full-time

We are looking for an experienced DPA to join a Marine Department in the UAE (preferred Arabic and English speaker).

You will be the shore-based link between the company and vessels, ensuring full ISM Code compliance, SMS implementation, and safety oversight across the fleet.

Key requirements:

Master Mariner (Class 1) or equivalent - DPA certified

3-5 years shore-based marine experience (UAE preferred)

Strong knowledge of ISM, ISPS, SOLAS, MARPOL, MLC

Experience with audits (PSC, SIRE, CDI, Class) and DOC maintenance

Fluent English with strong communication and leadership skills
