*Duties*

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, presentation standards, and safety guidelines.
• Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including proper food handling and storage practices.
• Support the team during busy service hours by efficiently managing multiple orders and ensuring timely delivery of dishes.
• Follow all food safety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and ensure consistency across all dishes.
• Help with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages or issues promptly.

*Qualifications*

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant kitchens is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential.
• Knowledge of food handling safety standards and proper hygiene practices.
• Basic cooking skills with an understanding of meal preparation techniques.
