Your tasks

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operational checks and preventive maintenance of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within the villa complex. Your duties will include diagnosing and resolving technical issues promptly to minimize downtime, conducting regular inspections of equipment to identify potential problems before they escalate, and coordinating with external vendors when specialized repairs are required. You will also play a key role in implementing energy-saving initiatives and ensuring that all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company standards, thereby supporting the overall efficiency and comfort of our operations.

Requirements

We welcome applications from candidates who hold an SMA or SMK education background and possess between one and three years of relevant experience in a similar engineering or maintenance role.
