Accountabilities: As a Strategy & Operations Associate, you will support high-impact initiatives and help improve business performance through structured problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and operational excellence. You will partner with leadership and teams across the organization to identify opportunities, execute projects, and build scalable solutions.

Drive strategic and operational initiatives that support business growth and company priorities.

Partner with leadership teams to analyze challenges, develop recommendations, and implement solutions.

Lead cross-functional projects from initial planning through execution and measurable outcomes.

Research new markets, products, and business opportunities to support strategic decision-making.

Identify operational challenges and create practical improvements to processes and workflows.

Build new capabilities, systems, and team processes as the organization continues to scale.

Manage project priorities, timelines, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful delivery.

Provide clear insights, recommendations, and updates focused on decisions and next steps.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a proactive, adaptable, and analytical professional who enjoys solving complex business problems and operating in a dynamic environment. You should be comfortable managing ambiguity, working across multiple functions, and taking ownership of projects from concept to completion.

Strong problem-solving skills with excellent business judgment and analytical thinking.

Ability to quickly learn new concepts, industries, tools, and business models.

Experience working across multiple business functions, teams, or stakeholders.

Strong project ownership skills with the ability to drive execution independently.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving and evolving environment.

Curious, resourceful, and motivated by building new solutions and improving existing processes.

Comfortable operating with limited direction and making decisions in ambiguous situations.

Strong written and verbal English communication skills required.

Must be based in the United States and able to work effectively in a remote environment.
