Accountabilities: The Security Program Manager will drive the execution and continuous improvement of cybersecurity programs, ensuring alignment between security goals, engineering practices, and business priorities.

Own and coordinate the Vulnerability Management Program, partnering with security engineering teams to prioritize issues and promote accountability across business units.

Drive security metrics, reporting, and program reviews to improve transparency, measure performance, and communicate progress to stakeholders and leadership.

Lead complex, high-visibility security projects by coordinating efforts across engineering teams, product managers, and global stakeholders.

Build and improve project management processes, tools, and operational practices to increase efficiency and program maturity.

Mentor teams on security program best practices and encourage a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.

Support business operations through activities such as calendar coordination, vendor management, and organizational planning for security teams.

Collaborate with software engineers, engineering leaders, and cross-functional teams located across different regions.

Help enable engineering teams to integrate security principles into their daily processes and decision-making.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate combines technical security knowledge with strong program management capabilities, excellent communication skills, and experience leading initiatives across multidisciplinary teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

5+ years of experience in technical program management.

2+ years of exposure to cybersecurity, security engineering, site reliability engineering, or software engineering environments.

Ability to understand technical concepts related to IT systems, web applications, servers, and software development.

Experience managing complex programs involving multiple teams and stakeholders.

Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Ability to create accountability, manage priorities, and drive projects to completion.

Experience working with remote and globally distributed teams is a plus.

Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate technical information into business-oriented communication.
