Líder de Gestão de Projetos – SAP Utilities / AMS – CCS BIL Sênior

Accountabilities: As a Senior Project Management Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating SAP Utilities projects, AMS services, and billing operations while ensuring governance, quality, and alignment between business and technology teams.

Lead the management of SAP Utilities / CCS BIL projects, programs, and AMS services.

Coordinate support activities including incidents, problems, service requests, improvements, and rollout projects related to billing processes.

Monitor project indicators, priorities, deadlines, risks, dependencies, and delivery quality.

Ensure governance of CCS BIL processes, including tariff calculation engines, billing scenarios, periodic billing, intermediate billing, and Meter-to-Cash processes.

Support integrations between billing processes and FI-CA environments.

Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders, technical teams, and onshore/offshore resources.

Align requirements, priorities, expectations, and delivery plans with involved stakeholders.

Promote collaboration between functional, technical, and business teams.

Identify risks, improvement opportunities, and critical issues throughout project execution.

Ensure the application of project management, service management, and governance best practices.

Support decision-making processes and resolution of complex billing-related challenges.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across SAP support and delivery operations.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have strong experience managing SAP-related projects and services, with the ability to operate between business areas and technical teams in complex enterprise environments.

Solid experience in IT project, program, or service management.

Experience working with SAP Utilities environments.

Knowledge and practical experience with SAP CCS BIL billing and invoicing processes.

Experience with AMS (Application Management Services), SAP support, and system evolution initiatives.

Understanding of Meter-to-Cash business processes.

Experience managing incidents, problems, improvements, and SAP rollout projects.

Knowledge of billing processes and integrations with FI-CA.

Experience coordinating functional and technical teams.

Ability to manage relationships between business stakeholders, suppliers, and technology teams.

Strong leadership, organization, communication, and prioritization skills.

Ability to manage multiple initiatives while maintaining focus on quality and delivery.

Experience in energy, utilities, sanitation, or gas industry projects is a plus.

Experience working with onshore and offshore teams is desirable.

Knowledge of regulatory processes and utilities industry requirements is a plus.

Certifications or academic background in project management, service management, or SAP are desirable.
