Accountabilities: The Director of Marketing Operations and Digital Experience will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of marketing operations, digital platforms, analytics, and technology initiatives. This role is responsible for developing high-performing teams, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring marketing programs deliver measurable impact.

Lead, mentor, and develop teams across Marketing Operations and Analytics, Digital Experience, and Digital Media functions.

Establish team priorities, goals, operating procedures, performance metrics, and accountability frameworks.

Build a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, innovation, and customer focus.

Drive marketing operations strategy, including campaign execution, lead management, attribution, reporting, and performance measurement.

Establish governance processes to ensure marketing initiatives are planned, executed, and aligned with business objectives.

Implement Agile marketing practices, including sprint planning, prioritization, resource management, and continuous improvement processes.

Own marketing analytics, reporting frameworks, executive dashboards, and performance measurement strategies.

Translate marketing and customer data into actionable insights, recommendations, and optimization opportunities.

Lead website strategy, digital experience improvements, conversion optimization, and customer journey initiatives.

Oversee SEO, website analytics, marketing automation, and digital performance programs.

Manage marketing technology platforms, including CRM, automation tools, analytics solutions, and related integrations.

Partner with technology, revenue operations, legal, privacy, sales, product, and customer teams to ensure data quality, compliance, and operational alignment.

Evaluate and implement tools, systems, and processes that improve scalability, automation, and marketing effectiveness.

Represent marketing operations in strategic planning, enterprise initiatives, and business reviews.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced marketing operations leader with a strong background in digital strategy, analytics, technology platforms, and team leadership. This professional should combine strategic thinking with hands-on operational expertise and the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

8+ years of progressive marketing experience.

5+ years of experience managing and developing marketing teams.

Proven experience leading marketing operations, digital marketing, analytics, reporting, and performance optimization functions.

Experience managing Agile or Agile-inspired marketing workflows and cross-functional initiatives.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Pardot/Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and reporting systems.

Experience creating executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, and data-driven performance reports.

Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into strategic business recommendations.

Strong project management, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience influencing teams across multiple business units and driving operational improvements.

Strong understanding of digital experience strategy, customer journeys, and conversion optimization.

Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and manage priorities independently.

Authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience within cybersecurity, technology, SaaS, or B2B industries.

Experience managing website strategy and digital experience transformation programs.

Familiarity with marketing technology integrations, reporting architecture, and analytics platforms.

Knowledge of privacy, consent management, and marketing compliance requirements.

Experience scaling marketing operations capabilities within growth-focused organizations.
