AI Engineer (Dev Master) iOS /Android
Accountabilities: The AI Engineer will be responsible for leading the technical direction of a SuperApp redesign initiative, applying AI-driven development approaches and ensuring the delivery of scalable, reliable, and user-focused solutions.
Design, develop, and deploy scalable applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI-powered technologies.
Lead technical decisions and guide developers across Android, iOS, and backend Java teams.
Create technical specifications and define solutions using AI agents throughout the software development lifecycle.
Apply agentic AI development practices to optimize engineering workflows and improve delivery efficiency.
Drive Spec-Driven Development (SDD) practices and contribute to modern software delivery methodologies.
Participate in solution definition meetings between business teams and engineering stakeholders.
Manage technical dependencies, risks, conflicts, and expectations across multiple stakeholders.
Monitor technical and business metrics to evaluate project performance and outcomes.
Ensure successful implementation, deployment, and production rollout of delivered solutions.
Provide technical mentorship and leadership to multidisciplinary development teams.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in software engineering, artificial intelligence, and technical leadership. The role requires expertise in modern development practices, mobile ecosystems, cloud technologies, and the ability to collaborate effectively with business and engineering teams.
Strong experience with Artificial Intelligence concepts and AI agent development applied to software engineering workflows.
Solid knowledge of Spec-Driven Development (SDD).
Experience with Claude Code, Skills, MCPs, or similar AI development tools.
Proven experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Strong backend development experience with Java.
Knowledge of mobile development environments, including Android and iOS platforms.
Experience with Android technologies such as Kotlin.
Experience with iOS technologies such as Swift, UIKit, and SwiftUI is a plus.
Knowledge of AWS Cloud services and cloud-based architectures.
Understanding of accessibility standards, including WCAG 2.1 AA.
Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work with complex technical challenges and drive solutions from design to production.
Availability to work on-site with clients in São Paulo several days per week when required.
