THE ROLE

As a Guest Experience Specialist, you will guide customers in finding their perfect motorhome experience. You will support them from their initial enquiry through to the start of their journey, ensuring they feel informed, confident and excited. You will also be expected to build ongoing relationships with guests and continue to support them across all channels.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

Provide expert advice to help customers choose the ideal motorhome experience

Act as a subject matter expert on our fleet, procedures and policies

Manage customer enquiries across inbound calls, outbound calls and digital channels (email, chat and online enquiries)

Handle quotes, reservations, booking amendments, upselling and payment processing

Conduct on‑site motorhome viewings when required

Accurately navigate and update in‑house systems

Add value to every customer interaction while meeting individual targets and KPIs

Demonstrate and uphold our company values in all interactions

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Previous telephone‑based customer service experience (contact centre or travel industry preferred)

Sales experience (desirable)

Genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service

Strong communication skills and confidence using IT systems

High attention to detail, resilience and flexibility

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment

This is a fixed term position to end of September.

Shift pattern: Monday to Sunday, 40 hours/ 5 days per week.

Salary: £26,500 per annum. Potential monthly bonus scheme.
