Cybersecurity Incident Response Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and enhance cybersecurity detection use cases.
• Support SIEM/SOAR capabilities and security detection processes.
• Investigate and respond to security incidents, including threat hunting and remediation.
• Analyze security events, identify risks and recommend improvements.
• Work with regional/global security teams to strengthen detection and incident response.
• Improve SOC processes, playbooks and incident response practices.
• Support security reporting, compliance and audit activities.

SKILLS NEEDED

• 7+ years’ cybersecurity experience, with 4+ years in security use case development/coding.
• Strong SIEM, incident response and security investigation experience.
• Experience with security use case development and Java.
• Good Linux knowledge.
• Experience in threat hunting, event analysis and remediation.
• SecOps/DevOps mindset with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• ELK experience is an advantage.
• Python, PowerShell, Bash or SQL is an advantage.
• SANS, CISSP or OSCP certification is an advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
