Vivid Resourcing - Freelance Software Tester (Investments Squad)

For a banking customer in Brussels, I am searching for a freelance Tester to work in an agile Investments squad focusing on web and mobile testing.

Responsibilities

• Understanding of the requirements (US)
• Write/design detailed test cases and scenarios, execute them, open defects and communicate with BA and DEV in order to get a clear solution to them as per the acceptance criteria
• Cooperate with I.T. developers, Operations teams, UX/UI team and with other stakeholders.
• Stay in touch with prospect and customer needs
• Follow up on I.T. development
• Perform tests and validate test cases
• Report and document bugs
• Have a view on the backlog & prioritization
• Contribute in the scrum process and daily / weekly meetings
• Work with the testers of the other teams to continuously improve the way of working

Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in software (and automation) testing
• Proactive attitude, able to work autonomously
• Experience with Tosca is a bonus
• Experience with Jira/Xray or similar test management tools
• Knowledge of SQL and data validation
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Banking or investment domain knowledge is a huge advantage
