Job Description:

1. Greeting Visitors: Warmly welcome and greet all guests entering and exiting the mall with a friendly and professional attitude.
2. Opening Doors: Open and close doors for customers, especially for those with children and elderly.
3. Assist with Special Requests: Help guests with any special requests such as calling taxis or providing umbrellas during rainy weather.
4. Maintain Entrance Area: Ensure the main entrance is clean, orderly, and free from obstacles. Work closely with the mall's security team to ensure the safety of guests and report any unusual activities.
5. Work in a team and coordinate with other mall staff.
