Telemarketer (Contract) | Suntec (Central) | $14/hour | Flexible Short-Term Project

Location: Suntec, Singapore (Fully On-site)

Contract Duration: 1–2 Months (Initial 1-week trial contract, extendable based on suitability)

Working Hours: Flexible schedule, 10–12 days/month

• Option 1: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Option 2: 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM (Inclusive of 1-hour unpaid lunch break)

Salary: $14/hour

Employment Type: Short-Term Contract / Freelance / Part-Time

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to Singapore-based companies using a provided contact list to introduce and invite participation in upcoming B2B trade promotion events and exhibitions.
• Communicate professionally and courteously with potential participants to provide event information and address enquiries.
• Record call outcomes, participant responses, and follow-up details accurately for reporting purposes.
• Conduct timely follow-ups with interested companies to support event participation.
• Work closely with the project team to ensure smooth execution of outreach activities.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Polytechnic-level English proficiency with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer service, sales outreach, or call centre roles will be advantageous.
• Professional, confident, and comfortable making outbound calls.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to commit to the required schedule.
