Location: South Burlington, VT 05403 Start Date: ASAP Helper Rate: $20 per hour
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable helper to support a 26-year-old male living independently with Hydrocephalus following brain surgery. The client would benefit from consistent assistance with daily routines and meaningful companionship.
Care Responsibilities
Assist with ADLs (hygiene, personal care)
Support with light housekeeping (cleaning, recycling)
Prepare simple meals
Provide companionship and engagement
Assist with errands and appointments
Schedule
Once per week
4–5 hours per visit
Flexible day/time
Ideal Candidate
Must have a reliable vehicle
Patient, kind, and supportive
Comfortable assisting with personal care
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
This role is ideal for a helper who values building rapport and providing supportive companionship , while helping the client maintain independence and daily structure.
